We represent over 700 Educational Support Workers in the Louis Riel School Division including Educational Assistants, Community Liaison Workers, Family Centre Assistants, International Student Support Workers, and Child & Youth Care Support Workers. We support the mission statement of the LRSD in its goal to meet the diverse needs and educational programming of students in our care.

We are an autonomous and democratic local bargaining unit within the Canadian Union of Public Employees. As a collective, we meet regularly and work together to advance fair and just socio-economic conditions and to promote safe practices and healthy environments in our workplace.
